Refund policy

Return & refund policy:

Please be advised that, as of now, we do not have a return and refund policy in place. However, should you encounter any issues with the product you have received, we encourage you to promptly reach out to our dedicated support team at contact@snubclub.in. Our team is committed to providing assistance and resolving any queries you may have to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy
Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for all orders.

Conditions for Exchange:

- The product should be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Packaging should be intact.
- Garments must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for an exchange.

Exchange:
- A Rs. 99 fee is charged for exchanges to cover part of the shipping cost. We pay even more to carriers and do not profit from this charge.
- Reverse pickup is arranged through our logistics partners. The pickup process typically takes 7-8 working days, followed by product inspection.

Price Difference in Exchanges:
- If the new item is priced higher than the original, the customer must pay the difference via a prepaid method.

Customer Responsibility:
- If the exchange request is not placed within 7 days from the date of delivery - the order cannot be exchanged.
Limits on Exchanges:
- An order can only be exchanged once.
- If a second exchange is requested, a deduction of ₹100 will be applied to the original purchase amount.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items bought during Sale Events or Flash Sales are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Denial Conditions:
- Used, soiled, or damaged items (e.g., sweat stains, perfume smells, makeup transfers, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges may also be denied if the customer uses abusive language.
- Wrong products handed over during pickup will incur a ₹100 deduction for additional shipping and handling.

Multiple Product Exchanges:
- For orders containing multiple items, customers must specify all products for exchange in one email. Subsequent requests for additional items will incur a ₹100 charge.
Size exchange is free.: You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. If you receive an item and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Note on Second Exchange: Size exchange done for the first time for a particular product is free. But if you change the same product for the second time then we do charge you Rs 200 for the second exchange. 

Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- The refund will be issued to the source account within 7-8 working days.
